Boot issue
I have a latitude e6420 it doesnt boot past dell logo i can get it into bios setup or even into diagnostics if it does go past logo iy shows black screen until i power down again so say it freezes and then noting i have removed hdd an optical drive and it running of ac only and stil the same trouble please help

Probably time to replace the old computer. 8 years is a good run for a laptop. Try running the diagnostics by rebooting and tapping F12 to get to the boot menu. Don't wait for any screen or logo. Start tapping right away.

Thats just it it doesn even go into diagnostic
And this is where it stays
