Bug when pressing two keys simultaneously on Latitude e7450

After BIOS and drivers update, the keyboard started to behave incorrectly, missing some keypresses when I press two keys simultaneously. E.g. when I try to press D and T keys simultaneously, the actual behavior is randomly taken from these options:
1) both keypresses are registered (this is the correct behavior)
2) only D keypress is registered (incorrect behavior)
3) only T keypress is registered (incorrect behavior)
