Can I replace my Latitude 3400 processor

I have Latitude 3400 with i3-8145U processor and I see that i7-8565U is listed as an available option on the spec page here: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/latitude-14-3400-laptop/latitude_3400_specs/processor?guid=guid-e3bfc319-c42c-4e59-a6cc-da426f053a4b&lang=en-usCan I replace the processor on my own to i7-8565U?If yes, what else should I upgrade, maybe the battery as well? The CPU is soldered onto the MB so to upgrade the CPU you would have to replace the MB,
