I'm trying to install Windows 10 enterprise on a Dell Latitude 7400 via bootable USB in vain!

I can see USB option in set up,files load ut before the disk is formatted I get an error 0x8004255A.

Strangely,after restarting the USB stick is unrecognisable and I have to assign drive letter and format before I can create a bootable disk afresh!

I've tried updating bios, to no avail.

 

Somebody please help.
