Can't install windows

I need ur help please  I have  a laptop  dell latitude 3190 2 in 1 I'm trying to install  a clean windows 10  Every time  i got an error message   Windows cannot be installed on this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the controller is enabled in the BIOS'

What version of Windows 10 (10.0.10942, etc.) and is the system in RAID or AHCI mode?
