Cellular interface program

Question

I have a E5430 that I am thinking about putting Cellular in but I just did this with a Venue 11 pro and there is no interface program on the tablet (so it is data only) no one is forth coming with a dialer for the Venue so before I do this to the E5430 I want to know there is a dialer/interface for the laptop?

Before looking for the software, you also need a WWAN card supported by your service provider.

The software Dell has for the WWAN card only shows for Windows 7 -- not 10 -- so proceed carefully. You may find it doesn't work correctly if your OS is Windows 10.
