Cellular option is missing

hi guys am using dell latitude 5530 this one recently purchased from uk and now its using in srilanka . i tried to using that cellular option on this laptop but i cant see that option in network & internet section in settings it is completely disappeared from the system.

i have done all the system runups and checkups but still no solutions for that .

please help me with this issue

Assuming the hardware is still present (i.e., the WWAN card) you likely need a new SIM card for use with whatever service provider you have.  Start by contacting them.
