CPU TDP drops on battery
Dell G5 15 5587
Hi everyone. My problem is when laptop works from battery CPU speed drops to 0.8GHz. I checked that TDP dropped to 15W when this happen.
How can I rise minimum TDP or fix this problem?

@chris1058 hello.
I done this common steps already.
Moreover, I updated my bios to 1.21 (even though I already had 1.21) and when this did not help, I downgraded it to 1.13 but still nothing...
Current laptop battery usage is just total butthurt.
I understand this is some bios setup hidden in bios. Mb off intel performance levels helps? but then I think CPU will always be on maximum speed which is unacceptable too.
