Data Stream Issue After Waking Up Computer

My Dell Latitude S480 has been experiencing an issue where if the computer goes to sleep and then wakes back up, anything that streams (YouTube videos, Spotify, Netflix, etc.) won't work with a multitude of error messages. Anyone experience something similar or have suggestions on how to fix? Work IT has not been able to solve the problem yet.
