D620 is a very old laptop. I have one.
The hard drive sounds like it is dying. I would make sure to back up your files.

It is E6220 not D620...
I have installed new mSATA 256 GB...

The E6220 is already quite old. I have the E6230.
If your hard drive is new, I suppose then it is the motherboard.

Ahhh yes...
My mistake... Title is 6220 but in post was D620 (modified already).
I will try to replace HD for anther one... I checked led codes and it looks that it is HDD issue...
will see.
