DELL 7390 - Updated SSD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
Hi,
I have dell latitude 7390 laptop. It bought it with Toshiba 256 GB SSD storage, it turned out to be not enough so i have recently bought XPG SX8200 PRO 512 GB (SSD, NVME). After i replaced SSD, installed windows and i started it for the first time in ended with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Well, i thought that maybe something wen't wrong durring installation so i reinstalled system. Again same BSOD. So i contacted with producer and requestes replacement. My replacement has just came in, i installed it, i installed windows and same BSOD happens on start up so i started to belive that something is wrong with my laptop settings or maybe something is broken in the device itself. Do you guys now maybe there is something i can change in the bios settings? I can't run any diagnostic software because system ends with BSOD just after starting it

On a fleet of about 200 units we have here I have discovered this error is related to the Intel 8265 WiFi driver and since the system would BSOD to quickly to try updating drivers I had to remove the WiFi card and in the device manager click show hidden devices where I could then right click and update the driver for the uninstalled card by pointing it to the folder I had the driver extracted to. This only revealed itself as the problem after I rolled the BIOS back one revision.

This also applied the our Latitude 7490 systems as well.
