DELL 7424 Rugged extreme cannot install windows 10 32bit
Latitude 7424 Rugged Extreme
Greeting Everyone!
Badly need your advise.
Is there a way to install Windows 10 32bit on this devices? I tried but to no avail. It is always giving me error: Windows cannot be installed in this disk. This computers hardware may not support booting to this disk.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to do this. Your system is new enough that it's UEFI-only, and Windows 10 32 bit requires either 32-bit UEFI support (which is unlikely present on your system, as it ships only with 64 bit Windows) or legacy mode (which your system definitely lacks support for).
It's not clear why you want to run a 32-bit OS, but if you do - look for an older model system that still has legacy support -- you'll need to go back a few years, since that support has been gone from new systems for several years now.

@ejn63 is spot on with his advice. In addition keep in mind that under a 32 bit OS only 4 GB of your RAM can be used. 32 bit Windows has that restriction.
