Dell command configure extraction error

Hello,

I have a problem with dell command configure wizard. I create a local system package with a minor change, for example add a system password and export to .exe. When I run it, I get a log

I am using the latest version of dell command configure Dell-Command-Configure-Application_D6VXJ_WIN_4.10.0.607_A00.EXE. Any idea ?
