Dell e6540 processor is not working at 100%. processor compatibility
Hello. Please help me! I received as a gift Dell latitude e6540 laptop (AMD Radeon version) without a processor. I know that the qm87 chipset is installed on the motherboard 0725fp a00. I bought an i7-4700mq processor, installed it, installed the official windows 10 Pro from the microsoft website, installed all the official drivers from the dell website. everything works, but the processor does not want to work at 100%.
I have reinstalled windows and drivers several times. I tried to load the stress tests programs aida64, occt, but it does not load at 100% and does not give me a frequency of 2.4-3.4 ghz. I updated the bios, checked all the settings in the bios, turbo boost settings, checked the power and performance modes, tried replacing my original 130 watt power supply with another original one.
Nothing helped. is it possible that my motherboard or bios is not compatible with this processor. and how to find out which processor is fully compatible?
At the time of the stress test, the frequency drops to 1.7 GHz, and the processor is only 75% loaded

The only way to get the "turbo" speed is to disable all but one core of the CPU -- the system cannot run at that speed with all cores enabled (and this is a quad-core processor).
