Dell Latitude 3180 Emmc cant able to wipe from bios wipe setting ( getting error Data Wipe completed with Exceptions )

Tried to wipe clear Emmc chip from bios Setting under maintenance Data Wipe.but cant able to clear getting error  Data Wipe completed with Exceptions.need support on this issue Mother Board part No is CKMRN.
