Dell Latitude 5590 light codes

I tried checking the system guide for the model but I do not see a list of the specific light codes.

I read the Hardware, Diagnostic, and Error code section but it does not say what the specific code means

The laptop has three white blinks followed by two orange blinks. 

Where can I find a list of the specific codes and their meanings?
