Dell latitude Battery Issues
Facing issue with dell latitude e5470 laptop the battery is reducing its full capacity on weekly basis. The photo is attached for clarification. Would be great help if someone knows solution to the problem.

That model is several years old. If that is the original battery, then it has surpassed its anticipated life and is failing. Rapid deterioration of charge near end of life is not surprising.
You can buy an original Dell replacement battery direct from Dell or from Parts-People. In each of those links I linked to the battery listing for your model.
