Dell latitude d630 bootlooping
Help! I just bought a Dell Latitude D630 for $10 and when I booted it up, it said starting Windows, then it went to the infamous black screen with cursor, and after a few seconds, it boot loops, can someone help me address this issue?

Run an extended diagnostic on the hard drive -- F12 at powerup. If the drive fails the diagnostic, any 2.5" SATA drive that's 9.5 mm or slimmer will work as a replacement.
If the drive passes, reload Windows.
