Dell Latitude E5270 Screen replacement

Hello, I have a Dell Latitude E5270 laptop and I am having display issues. There are white spots in my screen and it seems to be getting larger. This laptop is already out of warranty and I'm planning on just replacing the screen which is a 1920x1080 FHD touch screen. I have a few questions:

1. Can I replace this with a non-touch 1920x1080 screen?

2. How can I be sure that the parts I will purchase will be compatible with my laptop?

3. What part number/model number should I look for? Do I need to disassemble the display to find the part number or can I look it up elsewhere?

This laptop was purchased in the US but I'm currently not in the US. The local Dell support in my country wasn't very helpful and I'm thinking of buying the parts from a 3rd party store. I don't want to end up buying the wrong parts.
