Dell Latitude E5530 Bluetooth Problem

Question

I have Windows 10 pro Operating System.I cant run Bluetooth on my laptop dell latitude E5530.its show me 'ACTIVE BLUETOOTH USING WIRELESS SWITCH'.                                    Also try to active wireless switch through BIOS setting but i couldn't find out any kind of this option infact it show me active bluetooth switch and in description show me you don't need active Bluetooth  using wireless switch.

To turn the Bluetooth on in Windows 10 follow the steps below.

Start- Settings- Devices-Bluetooth. Make sure the Bluetooth button is turned on. If needed click the link below to download and install the Bluetooth drivers for Windows 10.
