Dell latitude E5570 Display screen
There is a problem with the lighting circuit, it is very weak when using the battery. When using the charger only, the brightness is excellent. Note that I have changed several batteries.

It's either the display panel or the mainboard -- but on a system that's older, it may be simple and less expensive to replace the system than start replacing parts.
