Dell Latitude E6430
I have a this problem with my Dell Latitude E6430
When i press the power button the fan makes noise for a few seconds and the the HDD and WiFi light comes on and the charger light blinks. I have disconected the battery and charger, prest the power button for 30 seconds and reinstalled the battery and charger again but it dit not work. I have even treid it without battery, just the charger but that dit not work also.

There is more than 1 battery. CMOS battery is likely bad. Take a picture of how its installed and remove it.

Then remove your battery. Use a 120W or more power brick and see if it will turn on.

My techs always carry a 330W brick with them for this purpose because they charge the same amount whether you buy a 120W or a 180w or 240w etc.
Use a mega brick and see if it comes on with both batteries removed.
