Dell Latitude E6540 laptop problem - low CPU speed

Hello, as in the topic. My laptop has an i7-4810MQ, Radeon HD 8790M. 2 years ago I was able to play normally, a year ago the problem with the CPU clock dropping after about 30 minutes of the game ((depends on the amount of FPS - the more the faster it "attacks" the clock drop) or (graphic settings, the higher, the faster the drop "attack" clock)). About 3 months ago, these "attacks" were faster by over 50%. It gets worse every month. The clocks drop to 0.8GHz, with every 100MHz lower there is an audible clipping.

Anyone have an idea? Please help me. Thanks a lot. And sorry for my bad english.

Has the system been opened up, thoroughly cleaned of all dust, and had the thermal pads replaced?  If not, that's long overdue.

This problem can be caused due to lack of Thermal Maintenance, When System rises its temperature the processor power will be decreased due to the safety of your computer, cleaning up dust and applying a new thermal compound might work.

I was cleaning, the thermal pads replaced and nothing. Already at 60 degrees while playing, my processor clock speed drops.

Could it be the fault of the battery? In Fair's bios show, some dells laptops are rumored to need a working battery for best performance
