Dell Latitude E7470 camera not found
I can't get the camera to work on a Dell Latitude E7470. When I open the camera app, it says: 0xA00F4244 . The camera also doesn't work in other apps like Zoom or Skype. When I check the device manager it's not there in the list. I don't even see Camera or Imaging Devices in the list.
I tried turning off the fast boot option in BIOS. Cause someone suggested that may work. But I've had not success so far.
Any one has an idea?
Much appreciated!

I've just had an E6400 given to me, full working order now running windows 10 on it, looking to upgrade RAM to 8Mb if I can get the price down!
The problem you speak of is identical to the last digit, I have checked the Windows settings, the BIOS and done all the updates, tested it with Skype, Meet, and Zoom....didn't want to play video, Audio is fine. So as it said 'no cameras are attached' I thought maybe the ribbon cable has detached itself, so I watched a repair video of 'how to get inside' without breaking anything, The plastic bezel is very thin!! And presto I'm in and can't find a camera where the camera should be, all I've got is a microphone! So now I'm going to buy a combined camera/microphone and fit it! The software and BIOS are already set to accept it.
This is where I believe the camera is supposed to be mounted
Microphone is the small rectangular black foam piece
