Dell Latitude touch screen problem
I ordered an Dell Latitude E7450 touch screen laptop from Dell Refurbished in 2019. It looked beautiful and like new when it arrived. However, after sitting on table and use for a few times (since I used desktop and company's laptop) in a couple months, a few liquid marks started to show out on the top left and right sides of screen. I contacted Dell and they sent me a replacement screen. Since I connected the laptop to an external big monitor, I didn't replaced the screen after I received it. Now the screen becomes really bad (see the picture). I take out the new screen that Dell sent to me (still in original box) and want to replace it, but I find Dell send me a wrong screen, a generic LCD screen instead of a touch screen, so I cannot change it. Is there anyway that the touch screen can be fixed without spending big money? Thanks!

No, LCDs cannot be repaired. It needs to be replaced. And while you can replace a touchscreen with a non-touch, you need to replace the entire top half of the system - screen, back cover, hinges and cable.
