Dell touch screen still have issues, when DELL will resolve it?

Hello!
As topic i have similar common problem with touch screen.

Mine Dell Latitude e7450 was solid as rock. I love it all my soul.
Its ideal laptop for me, better than oter pro's laptop same year.
Unfortinatly im out from warranty, can Dell replace screen for free as parts warranty?

Problem: there air bubble between outer gorilla glass and  inner fhd ips panel. Every day it goes bigger.

Laptop dont have any damage, touchscreen works properly in bouble place.

This very common DELL case, why DELL still dont fix that?
Spare parts cost high as skyscrapper.

Dell help me please! Situation frustrate me.

Sincerely, Alex.

Use Windows Device Manager to enable or reinstall the touch screen driver. NOTE: For touch-enabled Dell monitors, verify that the USB cable is connected from the monitor to the computer to enable the touch screen feature.  To reinstall or enable the touch screen driver: Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
