Hello Tesiog,

1) upgrade your BIOS to the latest Rel. A28 -> https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05674275M/1/E7440A28.exe
2) use Dell Command update to update all drivers -> https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER10791703M/1/Dell-Command-Update-Application_44TH5_WIN_5.1.0_A00.EXE

pls post results!

Regards

@Tesiog

copy the latest BIOS file to a folder e.g. c:\temp\E7440A28.exe
Press F12 for onetime boot when the DELL splash screen shows up at boot.
Select "Bios update" and navigate to the your folder with the stored E7440A28.exe.
Update the BIOS and post results

You got the latest BIOS already. 1.9.1 is for Latitude 7440.
No need to update.

2) use Dell Command update to update all drivers -> https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER10791703M/1/Dell-Command-Update-Application_44TH5_WIN_5.1.0_A00.EXE
