Dock WD19DC multiple monitors issue

Hello everyone.  I've a Precision 7730 and a docking station WD19DC connected with two USC-3.  In addition, connected to the docking, I've two monitors, one of those with an HDMI cable and the second one with an DP to HDMI adapter. My laptop screen and the monitor with the HDMI cable are working, the other one with the DP/HDMI adapter is not displaying.  I've updated BIOS, drivers and nothing.  Could you help me please.

@Luis Alfredo Iniguez I remember helping someone else with this exact issue where using the HDMI output and the DP output through a typical passive DP to HDMI adapter didn't allow both displays to work simultaneously.  You might find that the display connected via DP to HDMI starts working when you disconnect the HDMI display.  I have a theory about what causes this problem, but I don't know if it's correct.  However, for the previous person I helped with this issue, I suggested using a less common active DisplayPort to HDMI cable/adapter, like this one.  And that worked.  Basically, typical passive adapters rely on the source DP output to switch to sending a native HDMI signal.  That is possible on the WD19 dock family DP outputs, but it seems that it doesn't work if you're also using the dock's actual HDMI output.  An active DP to HDMI adapter allows the dock DP output to continue sending an actual DP signal, and the HDMI conversion occurs inside the adapter, which seems to solve the problem.

@Luis Alfredo Iniguez  Ok, in that case did your previous updates include the firmware of the dock? If not, you could try updating that. Otherwise, if you have the necessary equipment for this, you may want to try testing that display and adapter with another source device, testing that adapter and dock output with another display, and testing that dock output and display with another adapter. The goal would be to try isolating variables here to figure out what specific components are confirmed working or not. But if you end up trying another adapter, then you may as well try that active adapter. They don’t cost much more than a passive adapter.

@jphughan thank you for your feedback.  In my case if I disconnect the HDMI monitor, the DP/HDMI doesn't display, it continues without signal
