e5470 screen issue.

Question

Hi there.! I was hoping to get some guidance for my e5470. I've recently purchsed a refurbished e5470 i5 6200U so I can use it for vehicle diagnostic software. I've upgraded it with 16gb and 1tb SSD and she flies, such a great little machine. HOWEVER, I suffer from eyestrain and migraines and this 1366x768 screen that it comes with is pretty poor. The whites are totaly washed out, especially when screen brightness is turned up and viewing angle is poor also, unless I'm looking at it square on I can't see it. Are there any screen upgrades for this laptop?(My wifes New HP ENVY 15' screen for example is stunning.)Thanks everyone.!

I know the resolution is higher, but is the screen quality, contrast and viewing angle better?
