E5570 battery.
My company has 3 e5570's that's batteries have died. We opted to order the 51wh batteries directly from Dell instead of the 62wh due to cost. All 3 laptops show the new batteries as non Dell batteries and will not charge. I have tried running the battery dead then leaving on the charger over night. I've tried charging on the dock. I've tried different Dell ac adapters. I tried several bios versions as well. I need a solution.

The 62w battery is the only one listed on the Dell order page for your model.

Do not ever drain lithium batteries to zero. That was a procedure for old style batteries from years ago. It is not recommended for today's batteries. See this--

Welcome to the Dell Community @Thedudeabides412
It seams that DELL did not produce the cheaper 51Wh.
They are "China Knock-offs"
Since most newer laptops us a "SMART" power system I always recommend to purchase "OEM Original" AC adapters and Batteries.
The center pin on your AC adapter communicates with the system to regulate Charging/Discharging of your battery.
Return the batteries and purchase "OEM Original"
Best regards,
