e6430 power problem

I have a Dell E6430 model laptop. After plugging in the laptop charger cable, it turns on when I press the power button 10 minutes later. If I press the power button before 10 minutes, only the power button light turns on, waits for 2-3 seconds and then turns off, the laptop does not turn on. (The laptop works fine after turning on, there is no malfunctioning part. It works perfectly. The CMOS battery is new. There is no problem with the RAM. There is no problem with the power button. There is no problem with the charger. (I have two chargers, both of them work. The battery is dead. However, this laptop can work without the battery and connected to the power supply. The battery is not important to me)). The laptop can work for hours after it is turned on, there is absolutely no shutdown problem. It works after restarting. What do you think is the cause of the problem?

@mydg Normally laptops work without batteries. This laptop's battery is removable. However, when I connect it to power without batteries, it turns on after waiting for 15 minutes and pressing the power button.
