Check setup (F2 at powerup) to see if the system has a hard drive. If it does, you simply need to load an operating system (if it has a Windows 7 key under the battery, it can be used to install and activate WIndows 10).
If it has no drive in it, you'll need a hard drive or a solid state drive (though if it was represented to have one, contact the seller).

On boot and after the Dell logo click on F2 key, On system configuration chose SATA and then AHCI and then save and restart
Would you be kind enough to make a backup of te nvs 5200 bios and send me? I realy need it and can«t find it
