E6440 On Screen Display Driver is missing

I Had bought a old Dell Latitude E6440, since this notebook is basically tank, and i abble to replace every part such a display, keyboard, battery, and add a Caddy, but dell drivers support is too poor, i not abble to install the application to introduce the Fn Keys annimations on screen, i tried in win 7 win8 and win10, i had isntalled all comand drivers, but its not enable this feature.
