Factory restore question

Hello everybody,

I have a Latitude E5500 that came with windows 7 originally but I upgraded it to 8 and then to 10 through the windows update so no cds or dvds where involved and no hard format and installation either. Lately the computer has been giving me an error that the video driver is not loading. I try to find the driver but is not on the Dell site so I just want to take the computer back to Windows 7. Would this be possible? If yes, please explain how.
