Failed Install Dell Command Update and Support Assist

Hello can somebody help me? i cant install dell command update and support assist...the problem begin while i run dell command update it's stuck after that i uninstall it and download again from dell website, i begin install again and i got error 1920 The dell client management Service Service failed to start due to the following error.. 

same issue with dell support assist.. i dont know where there problem cause it..
