Are you sure that is the motherboard part number. That sounds more like a Service tag or model number. I found a listing at the Dell parts people web site of four motherboard part numbers (all out of stock). 48NJG, GMVN7, KFR9H and W37NX. Double check to see if one of these part numbers are on your motherboard.

That is the model number going by this web page. Ivy Bridge with a QM77 Rev.4 chipset. A bit of an unusual part number for sure.
