Fingerprint Not working
Hello
Computer: Dell Latitude E6430
I have a little problem. The fingerprint reader is not recognized by windows hello and in the device manager it is there by is says:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Current device power state cannot support this request."
I have tried to update the driver and it says it is up to date, It is probably to do with that is not actually turned on due to power reasons.
So it does not work and if someone could help me that would be great

Fixed it myself but anyone looking the website were the instructions are are as follows:

The file they you are asked to click on in my case did not have the ".exe" behind it so yours might not either
