Hello fingerprint not available
I am using Dell 5501, Windows 10 64 bit. I have a bio-metric fingerprint reader in the device's power button. It was working alright, when out of the sudden it disappeared at some login. Then I went to the fingerprint settings and found that it is not available anymore:
The driver is fine, also right clicked it to automatically update it:
My windows 10 build is 1909. I would appreciate all help.

I am using Dell Latitude 3510, Windows 11. I have a biometric fingerprint reader in the device's power button I have the same problem but the driver does not exist
and the fingerprint settings and found that it is not available
