Complaint Regarding Broken Hinges on Dell Latitude 3510

I am writing to report a critical issue with my Dell Latitude 3510 laptop. Despite my careful handling and regular maintenance, the hinges of the laptop have broken, rendering the device difficult and unsafe to use.I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

I request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I am seeking a prompt repair of the hinges or, if necessary, a replacement of the laptop. Please advise me on the necessary steps to take to address this issue as soon as possible .
