Hinges Issue with our Latitude 5430

We have a few Latitude 5430 Laptops with the hinges becoming loose inside the body, and the monitor becomes very loose.

I've had my warrantee claim(s) denied and told that we are causing physical damage to the laptops with physical force.

I don't believe that about these laptops, it seems to be a blanket policy answer to refuse the warrantee. Not sure how to address this as we purchased a good number of these.
