If the system in question is under warranty and the damage isn't physical (i.e., cracked panel), call Dell for warranty repair.

If the system has physical damage to the screen, unless you have accidental damage insurance, the repair will be paid - not free.  You can contact Dell or the repair shop of your choice for a cost estimate.

Well if your  device in under warranty you can calm it and your  device will get fixed. So check for this.
