That processor supports up to 32 GB RAM. But, I want to see what Crucial approves for the particular system. Which model do you have?: E6430; E6430s; E6430u; E6430 ATG?
You needn't buy a big brand name such as Crucial. I recently bought a relatively unknown brand through Amazon for much less than the price of a big brand name, and I'm happy with it. I ran memory tests for a couple of days to thoroughly test the RAM when I first installed it. It performs well and saved me money.

I don't really know parts. Can it be 512 GB SATA3 or not?

Yes. You could also choose a larger drive such as 1 TB or 2 TB, if you need the storage.

No to the memory upgrade (16G max total); yes, to a larger SSD. Just about all 2.5" SATA SSDs are 6G and will work fine.
