Incorrect drivers from Command Update on 5300, 7390
Hi there,
Dell Command Update recommends thunderbolt firmware/drivers on some latitude 7390 and latitude 5300 2 in 1 models we have. DCU attempts to install thunderbolt components despite the models we have not having thunderbolt and causes errors ranging from a pop-up warning on the next login stating the Intel Thunderbolt app can be removed, to bluescreens on machines where DCU attempts to install a thunderbolt driver incorrectly.
Is there a recommended remediation for machines which are getting incorrect drivers from DCU? Are we able to filter these out (without filtering whole other categories, as we want all the other updates) or escalate to Dell to have the issue corrected?
Thanks!

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
