Installed new SSD and now get httpsboot error
Upgraded new Lattitude 7420 with larger SSD. Cloned former drive to new and installed.
Upon start up get Dell HTTP(s) Boot page requesting wireless password. After entering appears to process and then displays error: httpsboot failed to find ip address. After clicking OK laptop boots Windows 10 and everything appears normal.
Same occurs with every restart now. Expect that it's a BIOS/UEFI setting.
Lattitude 7420 is new so not many hits on web search. Without product in search terms web search yielded no results that matched what I am seeing.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

SOLVED for me.
Press F12 on boot-up and change Boot Sequence (arrow up ^ ) to new storage (UEFI RST PNY CS3030 for me)
... instead of the default --- "Uefi HTTPs Boot (PlaceHolder)"

Appreciate any update on this problem.
Replaced the Samsung PM991a 250GB Samsung with a PNY CS3030 512GB model by cloning the OEM storage and encountered the same problem. The error reads:
"HTTP(s) Boot
HTTPS Boot Allows the client to retrieve an IP address to gain access to the network servers and
