Intel Connectivity Performance Suite Compatibility with Latitude 7420

I'm trying to work with Intel support on a performance issue caused by their Intel Connectivity Performance Suite software. However, they keep claiming that ICPS is not supported on my Dell Latitude 7420.

There isn't anything in Dell's documentation that tells me the laptop doesn't support ICPS. It says the article applies to the Latitude 7420. It is a little ambiguous because it states, "Note: ICPS software is available on select Dell laptops with Evo and vPro capable CPUs: (Dell Pro, Dell Pro Max, Dell Pro Plus, and Dell Pro Premium.)," and the Latitude isn't listed there (although it does have an Evo chip), but then it says, "ICPS is intended for all Dell laptops that have an Intel CPU."

Based on that, I'd say the Latitude supports ICPS.

In addition, Intel's own documentation states, "
This download is for selected Intel® platforms licensed for Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS) and OEM platforms licensed for Intel® Connectivity Manager (ICM), which is a subset of ICPS. The software installation will verify the system requirements and inform you if any requirements are not met."

I take that to mean that ICPS would not install on the Latitude 7420 if it were not supported, but it installs fine.

Can someone please sanity check me and confirm whether or not the Dell Latitude 7420 is compatible with ICPS?
