internal microphone doesnt working In dell latitude 5590

Hello,

My microphone (in the top of the screen, near web camera )is not working.
I tried to remove the drivers and install the new ones from your support site but it has not yet helped.
When I plug in an external microphone, it works.
When I try to record in voice recorder using the internal mic, I hear a kind of sound but not my speech (the output sound file is here)
In the device manager one of the realteck drivers appears with an error sign, I tried to fix it unsuccessfully (could it be related?) Screenshot attached:



Your bios diagnostic tool has not found a problem.
I would appreciate your assistance.
