Is there a problem with Dell's Docks

Is something going on with Dell's docks right now? We have had four or five fail in the past week. I am wondering if some Windows update is causing issues with them (or maybe the USB C port they connect to?)

They have always been prone to failure, but I'm getting a new failure every day, which makes me think something else is going on.

It is happening on different Latitude models and one Precision Mobile, with WD15, 19 and 22 docks. I don't think it is a driver or firmware update because I usually start by checking the drivers and find they haven't been recently updated. Installing the drivers doesn't work.

Some docks repeatedly loose their connection to the computer, or some functions won't work. Others just won't turn on.
