Latitude 3420, keyboard replacement issue
Latitude 3420
I had raised issue for keyboard replacement on August 4th. Still they are telling it will take another 28 days. Worst service. Even Account manager is telling already escalated to top management but no update yet.

Update = After confirming warranty and ownership, Dell agents troubleshot the issue and then setup the service.
