Latitude 5175 graphic driver BSOD issue

​I've updated several drivers and my windows occur BSOD after a single day​

​BSOD code was 0x13a and related to graphic driver. I guess it happens when the system is in deep sleep state​

​I did every works to verify which one makes BSOD before removing graphic driver​

​Resetting windows, Using !verify in powershell, but still BSOD is occuring because windows 10 installs latest graphic driver automatically​

​Finally I removed latest driver and installed previous HD 515 driver in Intel website. It is NOT DCH version. I've installed version 15.45 driver.​

​After 2 days, everything is okay now. No more BSOD in deep sleep state​
