Latitude 5285 - ME BIOS Sync - Get Redirection Features State Error

Hi all

i have Dell Latitude 5285

during system turn on, i got error: "ME BIOS Sync - Get Redirection Features State Error" when Dell logo appear

i update bios to latest version and install latest version of Intel Management Engine Components Installer

but i have error again

Please help me to remove this error
